1291 Issue Three values, abasi, half rupee and rupee. Printed in sheets of 15, with 5 of each value.  Because of their relatively high face values, used copies of the 1291 Issue are scarce. 1291 Abasi, position 2, on cover to Cholm  1291 half Rupee, position 13, on cover with mutilation and manuscript cancels. The manuscript cancel (over the value, above the lion’s head) is a symbol which represents “batil shod” or “cancelled”.
